Real-Time Monitoring of Operation Theaters (OTs)
The hospital requires a centralized monitoring solution to observe live feeds from multiple operation theaters (OTs) in real-time. The head doctor needs a seamless interface to monitor surgeries across three OTs simultaneously without audio, using the in-built cameras on OT lights.

Current Setup:
Each OT has an in-built camera on the OT light, capturing video only (no audio).
The camera feed is transmitted via RF receiver.
The RF receiver output is connected to Univiso TX UV 100 for encoding and streaming.
All three OT feeds are sent to the Univiso server located in the central control room.
The head doctor accesses the live feeds via the Univiso WinApp interface, which meets their usability expectations.

Solution Deployed:
Camera Integration:
Utilized the existing OT light cameras (video-only) to avoid additional hardware.
Ensured compatibility with RF transmission for stable signal relay.
Univiso TX UV 100 Encoding:
The RF receiver output is fed into Univiso TX UV 100, which encodes the video stream.
The encoded stream is transmitted to the central Univiso server for aggregation.
Centralized Monitoring:
The Univiso server consolidates feeds from all three OTs into a single dashboard.
The WinApp interface allows the head doctor to:
View multiple OT feeds simultaneously.
Switch between OTs seamlessly.
Monitor surgeries in real-time without disruptions.

Key Benefits:
Cost-effective: Uses existing OT light cameras with Univiso solution, minimizing additional investments.
Reliable: Cellular bonding transmission ensures stable video delivery.
User-friendly: The WinApp interface provides an intuitive monitoring experience.
Scalable: Additional OTs can be integrated into the same system if needed.
Outcome:
The hospital successfully implemented a real-time, multi-OT monitoring system using Univiso, enhancing surgical oversight without requiring complex infrastructure changes. The head doctor can now efficiently monitor all surgeries from the central control room, improving operational efficiency and patient safety.
